Overview

Dynamic Training is offering a new and exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. As the Business Development Executive, you will support in growing our apprenticeship and commercial training business, meeting key targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

In this position, you will play a vital role in the company's development and growth. Working alongside the Marketing dept, Middle and Senior Managers, you will play a pivotal role in engaging new employer accounts within a variety of sectors served by our growing apprenticeship provision (Healthcare & Healthcare Science, Business Administration and Facilities,) as well as support in other initiatives to increase learner volumes across our Bootcamps and commercial offering.

The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience of business development and the full sales cycle, from initial calls (both cold and warm) to securing contracts /invoices and moving the sale through to account managers where applicable. Experience or a good understanding of

the apprenticeship sector is a must

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who will play a crucial role in executing our Business Development strategy through direct engagement with new and existing employer relationships. Your responsibilities will include direct engagement with new employers through a combination of B2B referral, incoming sales queries and direct new business sales engagement activities and account management with existing employers to maximise growth opportunities.

This role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced sector. We are looking for someone who can leave their mark at Dynamic Training and enjoy the rewards of working in a fulfilling industry.

Role Accountabilities

  • To pro-actively carry out own sales campaigns using a variety of methods such as telesales, field sales, networking and social media activity (in partnership with our marketing department) to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of business opportunities to ensure monthly targets are consistently met.
  • Generate opportunities across all funding streams, which include apprenticeships, Bootcamps and commercial training.
  • Work with the Marketing dept to plan and instigate sales campaigns
  • Research local and regional employer base and develop and grow our employer database to generate targeted campaigns to generate sales.
  • Follow through on employer enquiries in your area of responsibility through to a successful sales outcome.
  • Attend employer events where applicable to generate business
  • Support employers with their Apprenticeship Service account to speed up the sales cycle and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all employers have service level agreement and required employer paperwork in place prior to learner start on programme.
  • Conduct employer visits to promote the company services and carry out a Training Needs Analysis
  • Effectively account manage employers to maximise opportunities and deliver excellent customer service, cross sell and identify opportunities for cross selling and repeat
  • Liaise with employer and learner engagement team to confirm employer recruitment
  • Where learner is in situ follow our IAG and application form process to maximise learner attraction through to induction via our induction tutors
  • Achieve individual and team income targets in line with Business Development
  • Create records, update and maintain employer database
  • Produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the Head of Business Development as required.
