As part of your role deliver high-quality training, support portfolio development, and embed Functional Skills as part of the learners Apprenticeship programmes. Act as an advocate for learners, resolving issues and keeping employers informed. Regularly review learner progress, update files, and set training targets. Develop training materials and conduct workplace assessments.

Job Purpose
As a Skills & Development Coach in the field of Science at Dynamic Training, your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive training, assess candidates' progress, and verify their achievements in employer-responsive programmes across diverse healthcare science settings. Your role is instrumental in enabling candidates to successfully attain their qualifications and Apprenticeship programme.
Through collaboration with curriculum staff and employers, you will work together to create and maintain Individual Learning Plans, ensuring learners make effective progress. Your role involves delivering top-notch training to ensure qualifications are completed on time, facilitating portfolio development, and integrating Functional Skills into the curriculum. You will act as an advocate for learners and employers resolving any issues and keeping stakeholders informed of learner progress.
Role Accountabilities
- To maintain safeguarding standards, ensuring learners are safe and supported in their apprenticeship
- To ensure the Individual Learning Plans are updated regularly and maintained for all learners in liaison with curriculum staff and employers
- To complete the appropriate funding bodies documentation for learners and employers ongoing as part of regular learner and employer engagement
- To adhere to entry criteria and recruitment procedures for learners and ensure that the results of the learner’s initial assessment and diagnostics inform individual learner target setting and is agreed with the employer
- To deliver training in line with the requirements of the apprenticeships standard and as set out by the Curriculum Lead for Healthcare Science
- To deliver high quality teaching and coaching sessions in line with our quality standards
- To manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring qualifications are completed in an agreed timeframe
- To act as an expert in your respective field, ensuring leaners are well prepared for work in your industry
- To support with provision of the wider curriculum, as required
- To act as advocate in resolving problems between learners, employers, stakeholders as appropriate and keep employers updated on learner progress.
- To carry out regular (minimum every 10 weeks) learner progress reviews update learners E-portfolio with evidence of this
- Through the review process, set and monitor training targets that effectively link on and off the job training
- To develop training materials which will enable the candidate to generate evidence against requirements
- To carry out assessments of learners, both remotely & in the workplace in accordance with Awarding Body requirements
- To ensure the quality of the assessment process by working with Internal Verifiers and attending regular standardisation meetings.
- To keep accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievement, which are regularly shared with the relevant employer.
- To attend internal team and other meetings as required
- To participate in the course review and evaluation process
Maintain quality provision
- Adhere to a policy of continuous improvement to raise all aspects of quality and performance in the provision for employers and learners.
- Complete standardisation of delivery under your area of expertise as required by the curriculum Lead
- Actively participate in Self-Assessment activities to support development of a Self-Assessment Review n Quality Improvement plan as directed by the curriculum lead for Healthcare Science.

- Actively promote and market Dynamic Training UK Ltd and present a positive image of the company.
- Ensure the quality standards and performance measures applying to the work of the section are met and facilitate continuous improvements in all aspects of the post.
- Undergo any self-development and training as necessary for success in the role, including maintenance of professional registration (where appropriate)
- Carry out any duties at all times in accordance with Dynamic Training policies including Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety Policies.

- Work as a member of the Healthcare Science team and wider Apprenticeships and Commercial Training department to achieve Key Performance Indicators relevant to your job role.
Develop and maintain own sector Knowledge and skills
- To continually update professional knowledge and skills and acquire competencies to ensure your approach to your role adheres to the most recent developments current and future.
- Undertake Continuous Professional Development and work towards professional qualifications as required.
- Ensure your working practices aid towards maintain good working relationships with employers, learners and staff.
Comply with relevant internal and stakeholder policies and regulations
- Comply with the Company DBS and security procedures and ensure annual declaration is maintained
