Dynamic Training are an accredited provider of The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism Tier 2. This training is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Healthcare and Social Care staff in providing optimal care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. A key part of any training course is who is delivering it to you. As apprenticeship and bespoke training specialists for the health, social care and business sectors, we believe training is greatly enhanced by personal experiences and expertise. With every programme we offer, we aim to have industry experts helping our learners through their training and offering their experiences and expertise to those taking the next steps in their careers.

This is no different with our approach to the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, where having trainers who understand caring for those with learning disabilities and autism is vital. As a result of this, every workshop of ours covering The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism has an experienced and accredited Oliver McGowan Trainer, as well as two Oliver McGowan Co-Trainers.

These Co-Trainers are the real stars of the show. They are experts with lived experience of autism or a learning disability who are sharing their experiences to enhance the training we can offer. Their knowledge, experiences and personalities make this training as valuable as it is vital. To put it simply, this training could not be done without them.
