National Apprenticeship Week 2024 Report: A Thank You From Dynamic Training

We would like to thank everyone who has hosted, helped or joined Dynamic Training during National Apprenticeship Week 2024!

This year has been our most successful National Apprenticeship Week so far, taking part in 34 events in total, with 12 face-to-face! These events included workshops, stands and our very own Understanding Apprenticeships: Deep Dive Webinars.

Our team have gone all over the United Kingdom and spoken with hundreds of employers about apprenticeships, the apprenticeship process and the values of upskilling workforces. We have showcased our various apprenticeship programmes and our bespoke training courses, with plenty of catalogues, flyers, pens and stress hearts being given away!

We have also shared our experience as a provider of Accessible Apprenticeships and how organisations can benefit from hiring SEND individuals. We are thankful to everyone who has taken the time to speak with us and hope to see you again in future!

During National Apprenticeship Week, Dynamic Training has been hosting a series of Apprenticeship Deep Dive Webinars. These webinars offer a meticulous examination of individual apprenticeship programmes, delving into the content, delivery model, and the tangible outcomes they produce. Moreover, we discuss strategies for employers to enhance the impact of these learning opportunities within their departments.

These webinars are aimed at apprenticeship leads, departmental educators and departmental heads within the healthcare sector.

After very positive feedback from this week’s webinars, we are continuing to host these into the following weeks and would love for you to take part.
